AYSO Region 74 divisions are based on the school year calendar, using September 1 as the cutoff date in alignment with Michigan school guidelines. Players are grouped by birthdate to stay closely matched with their school grade peers. Your child’s division is automatically assigned based on birthdate during registration. Divisions U5-U12 are all single gender, and U4, U14, & U16/18 are all co-ed. All players will remain in the same divisions for both fall and spring seasons.
U4, U5, U6 all have no outside practice - the game session includes both practice and game.
U7-U16/18 have one practice each week, with the date, time, and location set by the coach.
All teams may have up to 4 practices prior to the start of the season.
