Here is a link on how this program works  Click here
This program is where we have parents on the field with their children at all times.  It is more of a motor skills development program.

Schoolyard players 5U
They will play on Saturdays starting around 10:30 am for boys and 10:45 for girls.  Schoolyard" (previously called U5) is a program designed for players that are 4 and 5 years old. It continues the learning of fundamental motor skills and introduces soccer skills. We utilize what is called a Jamboree system at these ages. The children learn soccer skills like dribbling, and shooting, but in a low-pressure setting. Jamboree is about exposing children to soccer, not grooming them for college scholarships.  A coach will work with a small group of children on some different age appropriate skills and then they will play a 3 on 3 game.  The entire program lasts about 1 hour

6U born playing 3 v 3

We will have a boys and girls division in 6U.  Each team consists of max of 6 players.
The first half of the time with the coach the team works on different age appropriate skills and then they will play a 3 on 3 game against another 6U team.  Coaches can stay on the field during the games. Practice and game last about 1 hour.

There is also a break at the 10 minute mark for coaches to make substitutions. The fields will be a little smaller than a 8U field but bigger than a 6U field.  We will use the same goals as the 8U program with no goalies.  Coaches will be allowed on the field for the fall season and then for at least the first two games in the spring.  This will be decided on at a further date.
